From Manassas, Centreville & Warrenton
Take ROUTE 66 East to Exit # Route 50 East. At “Office Depot,” continue straight through the intersection onto Route 236/Main Street. Once through the intersection at Office Depot, make the second right after the 4th traffic light into the parking lot of the Fairfax Medical Building. We are located on the second floor of the back building, suite 2350.
Alternative Route from areas West of Fairfax City
Take Route 29 East to intersection with Route 50 (“Office Depot” intersection). Take a right onto Route 236/Main Street. Once through the intersection at Office Depot, make the second right after the 4th traffic light into the parking lot of the Fairfax Medical Building. We are located on the second floor of the back building, suite 2350.
From Leesburg, Countryside, Herndon, Sterling, Reston
Take Route 7 East toward Tysons Corner. Go West on Baron Cameron Avenue (Route 606) to Reston Parkway (Route 602). Proceed South on Reston Parkway to Route 50. Take Route 50 East toward Fairfax City. At “Office Depot,” continue straight through the intersection onto Route 236/Main Street. Once through the intersection at Office Depot, make the second right after the 4th traffic light into the parking lot of the Fairfax Medical Building. We are located on the second floor of the back building, suite 2350.
From Arlington, Maryland & Falls Church
Take I-495 North toward Tysons Corner. Take Exit #6, Route 236/Little River Turnpike West toward Fairfax City. Go approximately 5 miles into Fairfax City. Follow signs for Route 236 West. Once through Fairfax City, Main Street becomes two way again; continue approximately 4/10 mile and turn left (after passing the nursing home) into the parking lot of the Fairfax Medical Building. We are located on the second floor of the back building, suite 2350.
From Woodbridge, Dale City, Lakeridge & Lorton
Take I-95 North to Exit # 160, Route 123 North. Continue on Route 123 past George Mason University. Take a left on Judicial Drive. Make a left onto Route 236 West/Main Street as road dead ends. Go approximately 1 mile and turn left (after passing the nursing home) into the parking lot of the Fairfax Medical Building. We are located on the second floor of the back building, suite 2350.
Alternative Route from 495 Beltway
Take Route 66 West to Exit # 60 Fairfax/Vienna. Take Fairfax Exit South toward Fairfax. Cross Route 50. Continue on Route 123 through a residential area taking a right at the first traffic light onto Route 236/Main Street (Black Eyed Pea Restaurant on the left). We are located approximately 1 mile on the left of the Fairfax Medical Building, second floor of the back building, suite 2350.
